Charles Handy: Charles Handy is an Irish author/philosopher specializing in
Organizational Behavior and Management.
I am a BIG fan of his books. If you only plan of reading only one of his books, then Understanding Organizations should be the one.
Understanding Organisations (1976)
It is a very good book. It contains a lot of case studies and ideas.
One can easily relate to the stories and ideas - it's as if similar things happened to us or our colleagues.
I highly recommend it.
The Age of Unreason (1989)
It is a good book - it is like a collection of essays and quite easy to read.
Waiting for the Mountain to Move (1995)
It is a bit philosophical - a collection of essays that require some thought.
